1. The principle of embryo fabric circulation (To reduce mutual loss and ensure printing quality, please pay attention to the following issues before processing the printed fabric:)

1、 Transfer printed grey fabric, mainly composed of polyester, cannot be used as transfer printed fabric with other materials such as nylon and cotton, mainly due to poor color fastness and poor resistance to high temperatures.

2、 Starting from yarn weaving, it is best to have a professional dust-free workshop or professional dust prevention facilities to prevent defects such as oil stains.

3、 There should be a professional bleaching workshop and bleaching cylinder to prevent defects such as other color spots during the bleaching process of the fabric.

4、 If there is a light colored background in the printing position (such as light apricots), please use dyed fabric to put it into mass production.

5、 Before printing, fabric suppliers should provide the names of additives used in the bleaching and dyeing process to prevent special functional additives from affecting the color fastness of printing.

6、 Heat sublimation transfer fabric, it is not recommended to add fluorescent whitening agents for whitening, as it will affect the color fastness of printing to sunlight.

7、 When shaping, please use a dedicated bleaching and shaping machine, preferably with a professional bleaching workshop to prevent small dye particles from being mixed with the fabric. During the transfer printing process, high temperature coloring can magnify the small floating color dots.

8、 When setting, the setting should be done slowly while ensuring the feel, ensuring stable setting effect, reducing printing shrinkage, and ensuring the stability of the positioning pattern size.

9、 The shaping hand sensing control is 10% -20% better than the printed finished product, and the fabric should have a uniform density and thickness.

10、 If the fabric needs to undergo pre shrinking, sanding and other pre processing techniques, it is necessary to use professional bleaching pre shrinking machines and sanding machines. Before the finished product of the sanded fabric, it is necessary to perform a velvet suction treatment to ensure that there is no floating on the surface of the finished sanded fabric (floating may cause white spots during printing).

11、 It is best to operate the packaging of the finished product in a dust-free workshop.

12、 If there is a phenomenon of "curling" on the grey fabric, please perform a "slurry cut edge" treatment.

13、 Due to the high temperature shrinkage of grey fabric during the printing process, the shrinkage rate should be considered when setting the finished wheat stand. The conventional shrinkage rate is around 3%.

14、 Before printing, fabric suppliers must bring a detailed inspection form with them when shipping to the printing factory.

15、 Delivery of embryos is carried out in cylinders according to the detailed list.
