Based on the characteristics of dyes and chemicals, our control in ink is divided into four levels:

1、 High sun tanning, high-end blue, peach red, and green mouth yellow are normal clothing orders. In addition to black, our company uses high-end blue, peach red, and green mouth yellow as the base color palette. When encountering light gray or light blue, we often use high sun tanning formulas as supplements.

2、 When the sun exposure control is set at level 4 within 80 hours, we use the color scheme of Baolan and Cuilan to replace the high-end blue. At the same time, change Qingkou Yellow to 5GP Yellow. The temperature is 225 degrees Celsius for 20 seconds.

3、 At higher sun exposure requirements (150-200) hours, our company has specialized color schemes for high sun resistant blue, high sun resistant red, high sun resistant yellow, and sun resistant orange as the base color.

4、 For clothing orders, it is applicable to the first clause. It should be specially specified here that fabrics with different weights have a range of degrees for the carrying capacity of dispersed dyes! Excessive supply will bring risks to dry, wet, sublimation fastness, and washing fastness!! So when developing, it is important to pay attention to combining the designer's intention and material requirements for sample production!!
